The customers of Copydan Blank Tapes are wholesalers, importers, and producers of blank copy media, as well as companies that use blank copy media. When bland copy media are sold for private use, a fee must always be paid to Copydan Blank Tapes. On the other hand, when sales are made to companies that use blank copy media commercially, the companies can enter into an agreement with Copydan Blank Tapes so that they need not pay a remuneration. 

Wholesalers, importers, and producers forward reports once a month showing how many copy media they have sold and how many of them were sold with and without fees respectively. Invoicing is carried out on the basis of fixed rates.
