Organisation
Copydan Cable TV is a joint society for a number of organisations. These organisations represent one or more categories of copyright owners of TV and radio productions. The society comprises two voting groups: member organisations that represent creative and practising artists, and organisations that represent producers.
The members' meeting is the society's highest authority at which all member organisations are represented. At the members' meeting, each voting group elects four members to the board of the Society Copydan Cable TV, which therefore comprises representatives of the creative and practising artists and the producer group.
In addition, four members are elected to the board of the Joint Collecting Society Copydan, and a chairperson of the society Copydan Cable TV is also elected.
The staff of Cable TV comprises managing director Jacob Hedebrink, and customer consultants, Tine Østergaard, Anita Culmsee and Marianne Matras.
