MANUAL for the administration of Copydan remuneration
Each year, considerable amounts of money are collected via Copydan in renumeration for copying and other use of copyright holders' works and performances. The recognition of this system, the understanding of copyright, and the respect for it depend on remunerations being distributed lawfully and correctly. In order to ensure this, in pursuance of the Copyright Act, Copydans affiliated associations have laid down rules regarding the administration (distribution) of the remunerations collected by Copydan in accordance with rule 4 of the rules of the Umbrella Organisation Copydan.
